Best community I have lived at. Very content with everything as far as my apartment , the office staff & just the overall neighborhood. I haven’t had any major issues & the office staff is always willing to go over and above to solve any issues. Maintenance requests are completed in a day which is very convenient. Making living here even better ! thank you stargate west!
PHENOMENAL. I have loved living here! Townhomes are really great! Young lady in the office is really sweet! & the community is just so nice. They have a gym, pool & a beautiful city view. I feel right at home!
I have lived at this place for a little over a year and a half already. This is the best complex I’ve lived in. The grounds are nicely maintained. The office staff has always been so helpful and super sweet. I have recommended this community to anyone I have come across that has been looking for a great place to live.
We are new here, but so far the experience has been nothing short of fantastic…. They really bend over backwards to make you feel like a part of the community and their concern is really unique. It has 24 hour video surveillance, and that makes me very happy as my car was vandalized three times at my last complex. Oh, how very cool is it that they accept online payments. The real star of Stargate (hehe) is the staff, hands down. The ladies in the office are some of the nicest I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I didn’t see them every day or anything, since I didn’t get many oversized packages & my rent was paid online… but they were just super nice & helpful every time I saw them. Best place to live. The management knows what they are doing. Best perk, no bugs. Weekly inspection and lots of sprays to insure no bugs come close. Fair pricing on apartment, nicely kept grounds, and good people. I lived in the 3bd/2bath. Lot’s of space, and great size rooms. Moved into 2bd/2bath, still great. I moved to this place without even seeing apartments, I came to this site, read all the reviews and applied online, you may think who does that right? Well, let me tell you that I wasn’t wrong, this place is awesome, the staff is awesome, it’s like they are family, you ask for something and they call you by your name, always asking if everything is fine with your apartment, just awesome. After living in the Gateway at Tucson, located directly across the street, for two years, Stargate West was definitely like a breath of fresh air. My friend and I moved into the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for a six-month lease with very reasonable rent. Had we know how awesome the place was, we would’ve moved in much sooner. My move to Stargate West was planned to be temporary, but I enjoyed living there for the short time that I did (1 1/2 years). In fact, it was my favorite apartment that I’ve ever lived in, in terms of layout, size and amenities. I have lived here for a year now, and just renewed my lease for another year! This has to be one of the best places that Tucson has to offer. Its great for a student without being a “student” complex. Management and Staff have NEVER been a problem, they have always been so nice and professional and always responded to any problem that has happened. Maintenance always responds within a day, and problems are always fixed! Not many problems with the apartment at all! The apartments are great and spacious! They are nice, quiet (despite what other reviews may say!) and very comfortable. I have always felt safe here, and I have never worried about my car being broken into.
