Having lived in many apartment complexes the past 15 years, we’ve probably had the best experience here than any of the others. The manager, Glenda, is the biggest reason for that. She is always positive. The maintenance guy, James, is also a great person and pleasant to be around. If you have your own personal transportation (the nearest bus stop is a quarter mile away), this place is great because there is no riff-raff hanging around the area like there is with most businesses close to the downtown area. Amazing place to stay. Any maintenance issues is taken care of very quickly. We had a problem with the fridge and instantly they replaced it with a new one. The washer and dryer is a big plus. They also provide one covered parking for each unit so we don’t have to worry about it. The office staff is super helpful all the time and the maintenance team is great.
